SPAD vs Baloon - during Polish -Soviet War 1920

On 17 may 1920 polish pilot of 19 escadre Stefan Pawlikowski piloting SPAD VII , attacked Soviet observation baloon ( model Caquot ) attached to the armoured train on the station Pryjamina.During attack Soviet crew lowered baloon to the ground and started anti-aircraft fire. Guns in polish Spad jammed so he flown away... Soon later, still in area, he repaired guns and turn back to the station. Meantime, Soviet balloon was raised again and was attacked on the heights 700 metres. Russians opened anti-aircraft fire however it was too late. A lot of bullets hit balloon and it started to burn. Balloon's pilot A.Banker pushed out his artillery observer Gavrilov and Gavrilov's parachute opened in the air. He landed safety. Banker jumped down from basket too, however his parachute did not opened. Soon later also two another Soviet balloons were shoot down by pilots of 19 escadre
